Molded zippers that lost a tooth, coil zippers that tore at the zipper tape, or jacket zippers that have lost the bottom stop all need a full zipper replacement. Upon client request we can often get a factory replacement for your zipper, otherwise we will choose a high quality in-stock replacement for quicker turn around.
When your zipper is experiencing catastrophic failure, it can make an otherwise perfectly good jacket, backpack or sleeping bag virtually useless. Save money and extend the life of your gear by replacing the zipper with one of our genuine YKK® replacement zippers.

Modern construction techniques, included “welded” construction are not a problem. We like to also stitch these in for added strength and longevity.
Zipper replacement can include using a beefed up zipper size, adding a water resistant zipper or adding some fun color to your gear with a colored zipper. Keep yourself warm and dry, your pack sealed up tight and get back on the trail with a full zipper replacement.
